Over the same old facts retold
How we sustain a boom
Why the boom has failed
In hindsight experts all
And see the new dawn starting
Or a fresh descent arriving
Say it often enough and long
Time will make words truth
For the world does renew itself
And starts anew with regularity
Make media pundits look like geniuses
And there are always folk
Who will take the shortcuts
Endeavour to make a fortune
By risk taking challenging
Doing what others would not
Or doing it in contradiction
To the market's perceived wisdom
And from such things fortunes make
For they are blessed by Time and Fate
For the world has recycled
What was boom is now bust
Or what was unwanted now in demand
As business takes and makes and breaks
The souls and spirits of men
Some few made greater many lesser
In guessing where the pendulum stands
And when it will swing again.
