Your radiance

Your radiance

 * * your radiance  * *
All Life's questions superflourous
Torments physical put aside
When your radiance bring
The Sun reborn in mortal form
My light and my dawn
A fresh day for all things
The simple beauty previously unseen
By your light is captured
Reborn in shades and colours
A most splendid and fine thing
To which I  say so your love
Bespoke for me alone
Crafted in our lives till now
So we should fit as easily
As spindle and thread
Be as companionable as
A fine cheese and deep red
All the world my plaything be
For all my world in complete in you
And if in loving stumble
Cause some fickle hurt to strike you
Then all my world is gone
An eclipse of all good I would see
If all my love was lost
Then as completely lost would be me.

Best of light

Best of light

* best of light *
Frozen shards of light
Brittle in extreme
A thousand beams blinding
Rushing at speed of life
Short and long spectrum
Different angles taken
Seen through prism of Time
Our follies etched on glass
Dreams reflected better
In mirror of our own self
Those glancing rays
So quickly lost
Each splinter of light
A line of life
How swiftly passes.

Moving forward

Moving forward

*@+ moving forward +@*
Close your eyes and remove
Distortion of yesterdays
Take a deep and cleaning breath
Place your mind and body at ease
The hours spent will not be refunded
The deciets known now are done
Move as a shark might move
To be alive there cannot stagnation
Pity never won a true heart
Sadness only interesting
In the manner of its removal
Catch the wave of now
Forgo grieving for what had been
There is always better to be found
A higher truth to serve
A greater right to uphold
The greatest basic right of all
To live your life this once
There is no replay or pause
Each act committed laid down
By Time swiftly buried
Minutes eat at your mortal form
Hours sup eagerly
Days begin to strip
Weeks attack you boldly
Ravenous the years pillage
All you thought you are or were
Dissolving even memories
In deep acid of unforgiving time
So this Time which you are given
Use to full extent
Expand the joy inside your self
Preach joy to those you meet
Fuse all innocent beginnings
With timeliness flood of endings
You are here and deserve
The better and the best
Not starlight in your eyes
Supernova glow of passion's spirit
Go forth go forward go true
Leaving behinds barbs and shells of yesterday
By living today well
Planning future of love and joy
In your life there is only one
A race of a single figure
Live life well and you are the winner
Live life badly and is still your life true.

Romance cannot bloom

Romance cannot bloom

 + romance cannot bloom +
Romance cannot bloom
Near a running nose
The vicous snot slimily escaping
Congregating on brink of upper lip
Brushed aside with darting tongue
Oozing river of yellowbrown slick
An oil spill on your face
The nose a broken rig
Releasing pollutants all around
Then there are the sounds
Dainty sniffles like a dog
Or the hoarse deep grunting of a hog
As this dribbling sticky mass
This noxious nose explosion on a lass
Such an outpouring of unhealthiness
From the one you would call dear
To think you kissed those lips
Now dried and cracked and far too hot
On which breed the body's enemy
The rheumy red eyed stare
All those sounds of movement
Deep inside her chest
As if there is a reservoir of grot
Deep inside wanting to get out
An alien waiting to punch on out
She demands keep a bowl close at hand
Caught unexpectedly your truelove clears her throat
A sound not dissimilar to a camel
Clearing a troublesome icky cud
Emitted from the darling of your dreams
Who in infection become nightmare
This burning fevered incubus of phelgm
Dripping snorting grunting
Sneezing wheezing coughing
Sickly pale red eyes burning
Madam of contagion obnoxious
No romance you will find here
As she settles on your shoulder
And a kissing string of snot
Joins your neck to her swollen nose
This diseased monster complete
Who you chose to love
And now you must endure her snoring sleep.

Hesitation is waste

Hesitation is waste

** hesitation is waste **
This dance of words is foolishness
Pretense we need converation
I read the feelings in your eyes
Can feel your simmering greed
We should leave right now
Press you against a wall
Smother face on your skin
Feel your teeth eager nip
Draw blood and love in shouting
Set aside the mundane things
Clear bench with sweeping arm
Set you atop and taste your love
Hot and rich and true
Hold you as you rise
Lift you forward more
Engulf your s*x upon my mouth
Suck and lick and consume
Whole world by our loving silenced
Gravity's natural laws put on hold
As we bend and lift and move possessed
Animals who in their joyous rutting
Make a symphony of prayer
Estatic be our shouts
Speaking in tongues of love
A fire burning through us both
Molten bodies meld as one
All is heat and pleasure
Growing lack of control
All boundaries fall or crossed
Together escapes from thoughts
Bodies race across the gap
Between the pleasure divinely set
And our earthly selves
As if electrocuted jump
Then collapse and expire
Burnt out happy sated shells.

Such a tortured soul

Such a tortured soul

*+ such a tortured soul +*

Place me down and break my back
Set my body on fire
Torture with needles hot
Puncture nails through my eyes
Taunt me draw me quarter me
This is all I am
Take to me with blades and knives
Slice me limb from limb
Drag me weeping behind your car
Exhume my body and beat it
This is the world I accept
A place from which I dare not retreat
All these pains and breaks
Are common as a mongrel dog
I have lived and shall endure
These tasks set to break my body
Make me better and more pure

My soul is my very own to keep
This personally I shall torture
See what my spirit can endure
Keep awake when I should sleep
Send demons rampaging through my dreams
Allow myself no rest or ease
Relaxation to mind be forbidden
My silences will grow longer
Manners become savagely abrupt
Unleash stinging pain in my head
In anger and bitter bile spit
All the world a torture
Not a drop of love to sip
Parched exhausted wasted
In this desolation I forlronly sit.

Waking from australian dream

Waking from australian dream

+ waking from australian dream +
Someone wound my guts in knots
Intestines tangled and twisted
Set a rock upon my chest
Compressed my head
Pressure cooker living
Escape valves all blocked up
A constant prssure building
Living beneath the thumb
Of constant obligation
To pay mortgage or fail
All the bills marching in
Credit card in the red
Not winning against the tide
Going under for the third time
No escape or relief in sight
Marooned in tortured comfortability
Of the Australian dream.

In fair streets busy
Vendors contest with aromas
Breakfasts bagettes baking
Fresh fish from Normandy
Sacks of fresh fruit and vegetables
Buckets of flowers blooming

Brisk barter chat of buyers
All the commerce for sale
On a Summer's morn
Sparrows dart for crumb
On Paris marketday.

Seasonal losses of love

Seasonal losses of love

** seasonal losses of love ***

Lost love in warmer times
So different from lost love in Winter
The weather does not conspire with you
Rain and hail and cloud reflecting
Tragedy of your heart cut asunder
For beaches are not made for grieving
How can you properly lament
If you are sitting in a pool of sweat
Worrying if you may get sunburnt

Life barges on so enthusastically
In those warmer climes
All are busy at their many pursuits
Always out and about doing
Unwilling to pause and participate
In your tearful pitying introspection
So hard to claim true isolation
To set yourself completely apart
For into sunlight they call you
To participate anew in activities plentiful

The air is warm and fragrant
Even Nature is bountiful lush and full
Bees drone happily on summer breezes
Sporting events and festivals to distract
How can you encapsulate pitiful grief
In a tshirt drinking margaritas at an al fresco bar
Surrounded by summer's bright palate

One must eventfully surrender
All thoughts of love lost grieving
A grief which would have
Sustained you all Winter long
Thrown into trashcan of experience
Instead join in and drink Summer honey
Nimbly chase love and companionship afresh
Bright flitting hummingbird of Summer
Not a dour black croaking Winter raven.

Rain times

Rain times

 + rain times +
The rain eases down your face
Flattens hair and makes me taste
Clear flat tang of rainwater
As my lips seeking explore
Your face smiling beneath my lips
How gradually we unlock
The chill in our bones
Replaced with fire of our souls.

Tracking thoughts

Tracking thoughts

 * tracking thoughts *
These discordant thoughts
Flame and strife and murder
Fermented sickly sweet
Lure flies of our greater populance
A great buzzing over cesspits
Of our cities busy and crowded
Overthrown Nature and sustainability
No longer thinking we need heed
Famine warnings or flood
As if our species has circumvented
All balances and controls
Even as our behaviour gathers pace
Further moves equilibrium from center
Towards extremes we rush
Flood famine hail and drought
All the elements in revolt
Fire to burn our lands
Hail to strike us down
Storms of undiluted ferocity
Gales tornados and hurricanes
Where none before had been
Earth beneath our feet quaking
A world at war with us
And this the only world we know
Unless we find escape
Too soon final judgement made
Our abilities decline
Death of all completely
So discordant thoughts foretell
A world of murder fire and strife.

Aegean daydream

Aegean daydream

+ Aegean daydream +

Oh Aegean
Blue wonderous dream
Found in sleep and lost
When waking dreams find
A place of lesser colours
Sky smudged oils burnt
Water without sparkle
Land without gold sands
Fragile courage fails
When Aegean ends
Water edge is far
Hear your lapping still
In my sleep commute
To your distant shores
Explore a world of wonder
Catch a sense of peace
Lazy loafing afternoons
Denied to landlocked lubbers
Who know not calamari from Campari
Feel not Sun of Achilles
Warming shoulders and white washed homes
Are not pier watchers
With the flocks of gulls
As fishing boats stutter in
With their loads of bounty
From rich deep clear shining blue Aegean Sea.

Various commutes

Various commutes

 * various commutes *
Alexander's soldiers cross Asia Minor
Must have felt this depletion
The weariness of travel
Tramping across the known world
Fighting all who challenged them
Any who would block their way
So the life of the commuter
Foot swore and weary
Turning about from work to home
Weary in the phalanx marching
Down the street to bus or train
To closely packed to companions
Know them intimately without want
Ready to mow down any in their path
Angry almost eager to enter fray
Homer should write of these modern heroes
Performing the odyssey five days a week
Dealing with transport timetables
As ill-concieved as dating Circe
Confronting flood and heat and wind
Hydra forms of fickle Melbourne weather
Not for plunder or riches raw
Though if enough years serve
As Alexander's ranks knew well
Might make them free citizens
Or at least a grant of land
Newer soldiers we enduring
Dripfeed to clear the mortgage
Keep children in shoes and schools
Feed and clothe and roof us
The commuters underlying purpose
To pay the bills on time
Take rewards and invest
In present and close ended future
For like those Greeks so well travelled
At journey's end of life
Death collects the debt.

Inspiring Financials

Inspiring Financials

 * inspiring financials *
Arriving for another day
Yesterday was the same
Sit and begin your chores
I ask you at jounals and tables
Set aside your algorhythms
Turn off the vast calculating machines
Do not square off each percentage
Complete deviations to fractions of a millionth
Instead listen to the voices
Of hope and inspiration
Find a meaning beyond the chores
Escape the paradigm of laboratory
Hear the words delivered which
Can lift and inspire
Give fire to your calculations
Meaning to the tasks performed
These things you do are not
Set to merely be completed
Instead part of a greater whole
An endeavour honourable and meaningful
From which you can garner respect
Be an example to your children
An upright citizen in the community
The work we do in finance is not
Merely the adding and accumulating
Of greater profits for shareholders
All society can gain profit
Greater even than our plain endeavours
By constructing a robust company
Able to survive fiscal crisis
Downturns in market and conditions
We set a platform in our country
Provide jobs which provide income
Income which courses through the economy
Creating jobs and income
Rather than a mere counting house
An Australian engine of wealth
In monetary terms for some
As an example of our ability
To meet the world's markets on equal terms
Create solutions for our problems
Supply capital to support other meaningful endeavours
This is what we do
This is what we risk by not doing our roles well
Not doing what we can do
To be our very best
To create the very best
Under whatever conditions we encounter
In face of all obstacles
And those who might wish us ill
The parts of many make the whole
And the part of each must be respected
In financial oddssey
Not to the stars we turn in hope
To the people and our country
These we uphold with pride
And so with affirmation of why you do
Seek better now to do what you do..

JFK memorials worldwide
These shrines to a son of Boston
Risen proudly and unexpectedly
For the first son was meant to gather
The laurels and bring them to the father
In death over Europe all plans postponed
How would the father have felt
To see his second son gain
Highest post in the land
Where if innuendo were correct
Though everyone was so occupied
During Prohibition bootlegging
And how it would have stricken father proud
To see this golden son expire
On a Texas passway
Brains splattered on his wife
Another tragic turn
To Kennedy family history
And we in hindsight can see
Would not be the last such grieving
Who could not feel for a father
A parent true with faults implied
Not lose one son for country
In their public service lose three.

Sometimes journalism strays
Leaves bounds of civilized observation
Plays the man not the issue
More photos on page 5
Sources anonymous slandering
Staining by proximity
Slinging mud till it sticks
Personal vendettas columns thick
Black as tank threads
Rolling over the undefended
Stripping pride and hope away
Leaving bitter broken shells of men
Who once lead the way.

Where kisses fervent gnaw
Explore tactility of thigh and leg
Explore and skirt and seek
A thief after not only your heart
But to steal your breath
Between one exclaimation to the next
A prayer delivered in soaring tones
Elevator engine humming in the room
As we climb passion's scales
Outside world set aside
Caught inside the dreaming places
First created when I spied you.

On a heavy Autumn day.

Cam waters

Cam waters

@ calm waters @

Calm waters run deep
And what those depths hold
Where cold and black
Beyond where sunlight peek
The warmth exhausted
Instead stores of frustration
A sense of growing alienation
The water deep if stirred
Revolts against intrusions raw
As if a saw dragged across
Nerves open and sore
A spewing rising mass
Sentiments held down
In a rising water sprout
Ascend to higher ground
All about are drowned and lost
Smiles carried washed away
Calm waters a maelstorm become
Ready to destory the unwary.

Intensely studying the books
Of DeBeaviour Sartre and Heep

Send in a circus
Populated in fauna South American
Though post up the warnings
Of condors moving among you
Expert pickpockets and deluders of fools
Hook beaked broad winged and ever so cruel

Come here and dance and a chance of a laugh
As wild Panagonian creatures
Do what they can
Far from Amazon Andes or Piccapan
To earn a crust to  feed a toucan.

Dream of depths aqua
Slivered sunlight lazy
Voices in a park
Barking of a dog
Blackbird chorus close
Wingbeat of a bee
These I hear as slip
Deeper dreaming down
Sleep drags me down
Behind my eyes flash
Fish of light constructed
By leaves above me parting
Allowing sunbeams uninterrupted
Strike my eyelids hiding
Vessels of my soul
Sleep drags me down
Some insight tagged escapes
Words poetic slip
Abdicate time and place
To dry dock of nothingness
Thoughts and body tip
Dragged down to sleep
On a Summer's afternoon.

Symbols representing
What or who we know

People have died for symbols past
In present still shall die
Symbols beyond our time can last
Be a ceoer de cri

Future symbols still to form
Telling truths as yet undeclared
Mortals die symbols live on
Carried forward for new aims

Symbols can in time change
What they represent transmute
From reasonableness to deranged
Shift across from obscene to being cute

We act and react to symbols still
These graphic truths state succinct
Underline fundamentals of our will
Can declare how we feel and think.

The hardest truth

The hardest truth

When you first fell
I reached to lift you
On the second occasion
I took a hold and drew you up
Upon the third time falling
Brought you to my home
Set my life on hold
Sought to make you whole
For so many times after
When you would stumble and fall
I would move to raise you
Save you from addiction binding
Provide space and care for recovery
Yet now I look and cannot recognise
The friend who once I helped
Know I cannot lift you anymore
If you will not help yourself
My door is always open wide
This is not disenchantment or divorce I offer
This heart still wishes you the best
These arms will still assist
Only now you must seek
To raise yourself to my assistance
Your own energies must be totally devoted
To undoing bindings which trap so cruelly
I know all help is in vain
All caring merely prolongs
The constant falling and the pain
I have not gone away
But now you must find yourself
Before you can find me waiting.

Fashion's death

Fashion's death

 + fashion's death +
The fashions blend and change
The motif label or range
Brand name of the day
Now is hidden far away
Not for others eyes to see
For no longer holds fashionability
The lines and cuts so quickly date
You must change those styles before too late
Else you be seen as an imposter
Even though the clothing cost you
No longer carries the same edge
Another fashionista tipped over the ledge
For all your words of your own style found
You have let the fashion industry down
Think of seamstresses sewing for nought
For you will not purchase what they have wrought
If you buy slower than the changing seasons
How will the stylists sell new fashion reasons
Never abandon your constant quest
To be up to date and wearing the best
An entire industry you would set in peril
If you ignore fashion's constant whirl.

Under bellied

 + Under Bellied +
They once were warriors
Or so they thought themselves
In fact were not glorious at all
Brutish short lived and mean
Greedy thugs quarreling over
Thief-dom realms beneath our notice
Gun or kick or fist or knife
If crossed they would take your life
These mad bad and cunning scum
The men and women who lived
To bring society undone
Drugs prostitution and murder
They sold them without care
This was the world which formed them
A world we wished no part of
A world which crossed boundaries of black and white
The  living hardest under veil of night
These gangster fellows in shades and cars
With the cronies close would empty bars
Had no care or respect for life
Expected own to be a blight
Society it seemed gave them nothing
Except a world of rights
So they could tie the courtrooms up
By employing QCs with whom they could not sup
Now they are dead and buried
Short lived lives more manic than merry
Dismantled by the very world they ruled
Dinosaurs of thought and code.

Formed from easing pressing kiss
All solutions found

Beyond the kiss
Beyond safe embrace of arms
Those monsters of fear still march
Cruelty and evil seeking to subjucate
Joy happiness and love
Make unstable hope and life
Bring torture to gentler minds
This is the world in which
Existence of love unquestioned
Yet such faith only confirmed
In loving kiss affirmation.

Instead we worship
The inventions we invent
Devices chromed and black
Designed so astutely
Easy on eye
Reaffirming to the touch
Mammon's mannon for believers
Early adopters fanatical
Discover the bounty
Blessed combination of size and weight
These instruments of true religion
Our crucifixion a loss of power
A battery discharged far from relief
Or the demons of water
Slaying our devices deep
Inherent and inbuilt in
The new technologies
Massaged and managed to epiphany
By the watchers
The users and administrators
The new Bishops powerful
Of our earthly fate
Ignoring heretics and unbelievers
Those unconnected to the fate
Of our completely connected world
And how they abstain
From being part of the whole
We the wired in and connected
Our prayers shall always sound
Wherever bars indicating reception are found.

   + time thoughts +
Tumbled thoughts
Ill-assorted reflections
Percolating down
Wondering what was
And how is now again
Present past and the tomorrows
Spun golden sugar thoughts
Drizzled into memories
A cake of many layers
So sweet and so bitter
Depends where bite lands
Ecletic jumble of findings
Wisdom learnt so hard
How long till to old
To hold them put
To place them down
And recall to pickup them up
Those tumbled confections
Thoughts sweet and short
Which on butterfly wings
Escape from being caught
Exist only for the young
Not the old and tired and lame.

Beware of Germans bearing gifts
Portrayed as saviours of your economy
The money must always be repaid
In the structure of the German language
There is no expression for free lunches
Only debt and credit and payment schedules.

There is no honey without labour
In the Greek cities the new churches burn
Those temples bright of Mammon
Banks of polished steel and glass alight
Set to burn by a people spurned
A mediterranean catastrophe.

The moneys is all long gone
Coffers raided been left bare
And now the bailiffs have been brought in
Can only avoid being dispossessed
Forced into rank bankruptcy
By a loan which will indenture
Future generations to slavery

Public services will be slashed
The clerk and public servant be dismissed
Government sees riots on the streets
Murder under cover of dark of night
Flame and anger and terror set free
Re-enacting bitter Greek history.

Beware the gifts of banks
Honey never ever was free
You must labour in Summer Sun
Be frugal when Winter come
Enjoy not the days of debt paid rest
They foretell the days of labouring when credit gone.

Beware the gifts of Germany
They are no gifts at all
Expect the bill to be repaid
To comfort Strasses women staid
The peace they buy is for themselves
As Greece steps towards bloody civil war.

Less than Zero

Less than Zero

  +++ Less than Zero +++
Less than zero
a height or temperature set
A state of total nothingness
Measurement to which soul's weight equates
The considerations taken for dwellers in Rio slums
When the developers move in with guns
Consideration granted by Japanese to whales
As in Southern Seas these giants harvested
All these items less than zero
Never finding a true hero
To defend the stated less than zero
For down so low nowhere to go
All acts are of total futility
Governments do not act on your behalf
Seen as a cockroach beneath society's feet
All despair hardship and death
Not acknowledged as a whole complete
Less than one less than zero
A total dimunation of worth or life
A feeling mutually unique
To every unrequited lover spurned by Cupid's deceit
A whole world board
Religions defined as unholy put to sword
Followers of one equated by another
As less than zero less than human
Such a bind when this value given
A value beneath any measure or worth
For less than zero
Is less than cared for
Less than zero
Is ignored abused exploited used
Less than zero
Hope you never ever stray or fall
Into that column outside the margins
Where all is bleak and worth not given
And never be the one who does
Bestow such status on world around
For lesser than those less than zero
Is those who judge such things as less than zero
Never realising anything whole
Idea or person or group or Nature
Must always equate to at least one
And to diminish their worth
Destroys completely your very own.

All the truth and lies
Festering in an adulterous kiss
All the light and cries
Of nebula illuminating
The places of rock stand
Sands beneath your feet
Smiles and snarls in equal measure
Of every stranger that you meet
Lie my head to North
As to South feet lie
Spin me till I sleep
Love me till I die

All the truths and lies
Of political oaths unrefined
All the light and cries
Of babe breaching womb
Tell me when time is right
Classroom notes teasing
The dread cocoon of night
Sleeping with the lights all on
Lean into me and whisper
Avalanches of hope
Set free white doves of peace
In time enuciate pure love,

And I find you
Together stand
Admire the view

A single kiss
Like a lion's roar
Changes all there was
Everything becomes before

Two loves entwined
Tight as one
Cool as Winter
Bright as Sun

You cry out
Dove in the dark
This is us
This is love

Lay your head
on this shoulder warm
Shall keep you safe
From every harm

Time has stopped
Our hearts pause a beat
Your kiss seals
A promise in its heat

A single kiss
Like a lion's roar
Changes all there was
Everything becomes before

Love Moments

Love Moments

 + Love Moments +

Loving is not set
To love or not random
Is a colour flash of your smile
A spark in eyes bright
Forget how you look a thousand times
Recall image of love in memory
The moments spontaneous when
Love again made fresh and alive
You turn your head just so
Perhaps use an expression unusual in speech
Or say something funny
A switch flicks inside me
An unconscious surge of feeling
Races through to all extremities
As if my whole body smiled
At the presence aand existence of you
At the miracle of who you are
No words can be found to express
Towering soaring private bliss
Of that moment transforming
My body from one alive
To one through love illuminated and charged with life.

The suffocating blahs

The suffocating blahs

+ The Suffocating Blahs +
This falling lift well emptiness inside me
Roll of depression empty
No reason for this dark season
No outward delivery vehicle

These tides wash through me
Leaching joyous sponenatity from my bones
Day grows dull and unloving
Day stretches cruelly elastic

The sharp biting grow dull
All into numb bog of blankness
Disconnected behind walls of oppressive fog
Lost inside all movement a struggle.

Peace declared

Peace declared

"Peace declared"
Sing bright music fantastic
Bells of peace melodious sing
Trumpets be laid down
No marital calls sound
Drums set aside and allow
Leather skins unbeaten to fall fallow
No more need beat to arms
Or play to allude to heroes charms
There is sweet peace in every valley
At docks rust forgotten war galleys
Bells in joyous exclaimation ring
Peace this day week and year sing
All which once was black made white
Now shining brightest peace's enduring light.

celebrating

celebrating

++ celebrating ++

The seagulls still swoop
And dogs chase their tails
Young boys still fall in love
And girls make flower trails
The days of feasting still celebrated
Welcome the Sun after Winter
Drink and play and work
Tell me these things still are
As I lie here waiting

Remind me of the great matches
When stands erupted
At well taken shot or a challenge
Which spoke of reckless pride
Tell me they still go
To see those Gods of afternoon
The ball still moved so quick
The joy of victory
Deepest sorrow of defeat
Tell me these things still are
As I lie here waiting

Talk to me
In voice of poets
Carry honeyed bardic words to my ears
Set aside the woes of now
Celebrate the gone before
The sharing of moments golden
Moments from life stolen
Stored inside our heads forever
Of meetings by the lake
Of kisses and chasing
Easily caught and zealously guarded
My love my wife
My evening succour
My restful bed companion
Tell me these things still are
As I lie here waiting

Upon the end of my bed he sits
An ancient gent without anger
Is not rushed but patience itself
Waiting for the moments to cease
To take me and lead me
Away from here
Away from all these things
And I do not know if I will recall
All these things I did and was
All these moments seen and shared
So before I breath my last
Before his scythe raised up
Tell me these things still are
As I lie here waiting
Tell me they will always be
And my time of life
Not these grim shadows of death
At the passing of my soul
At my wake be celebrating.

Lost time

Lost time

 (( Lost Time ))
Time lost unclaimed
On platforms of life
Moments escape and roll
Between the grated gaps
Of walkways and down manholes
Unretrievable and forsaken
As bitter a brew as old tea
Settled to bottom of porcelain pot
A dark staining river
Of could have beens and did nots
The tired weary insomonia
Of the was going to do
The tomorrow I will achieve
Decieved by sunshine bright
Bubbling energy in veins
Never seeing or knowing
All resources are finitie
Even inspiration can lag
If cellared to long
Grows stale and acidicily sharp
Vinegar of life
Only drink for the unrequited soul.
