What image would I present
What style or school chosen
To communicate through art
Would Monet watching smile
Or Picasso spin his 'tache
Would Stalin respect my endeavours
Post modern Soviet goulash
Would the colours known
Catch shimmering your skin
Would gleam of your eyes
Be where I end or begin
In fluid naturalistic lines flowing
Or with abstract dots and spurts
How would I capture you
So loved no painting could ever
Give you your just desserts.
