The sharp sticks are stabbing
Relentlessly attention grabbing
You have slumbered long enough
Time to rise and do your stuff
Meet the world at least halfway
Prioritise your chores and earn your pay
Does not matter what day or hour
Your time is now to flower
Environment in which you live is dying
Rivers ceasing to flow and lakes drying
Weather events chaotic growing
Through all of life climate change is flowing
Future wars will have current causes
No escape in legal clauses
Change is nigh and you must fight
Else world fall to an incurable blight.
