A better

**+ a better +**
Broaden mind extend my sight
See as well by day as thoughts by night
In my passion lull my fiercest beasts to rest
Be the perfect host and most welcomed guest
Rise above the minor slights and hurts
For savage attacks offer forgiving words
All is not what this world ever was
What was misplaced and found can still be lost
Certainty is based on the most fragile conceits
That tomorrow we will still proudly have heartbeat
Such hubris by fate can be unwound
Our hopes to see another orbit round
Sun of ancestors and those still to follow
mortality makes our promises hollow
Yet intend to live as best as one can
Show the best not the worse in a man.
