The warm glow of well being
When you are seeing

Doesn't have to be much
Just climbing a tree
Building a rabbit hutch
Making new friends at a park
Telling ghost stories in the dark
Perhaps winning a race
They had not wanted to run
Speaking before a group of people
Showing a knowledge of good and evil
Becoming the person you had hoped
You yourself might become
Or changing into someone else
Whi is not you at all
But how proud and tall they stand
The world awaits and they are ready
How proudly you watch
Knowing that in the end
All they achieve or people offend
Is down to who they have become
All your teachings have been absorbed or not
It is their own decisions
Going forward which will count.
