Ready to be voted in
Perform selfless acts of governance
These paradigms of practicality
Virtuous men and women without stain
Charitable in word and deed
Driven forward by public concern
Not by philosophies constricting
Ready to do what must be done
Despite the political cost
So are elections fought
In the legendary Camelot

Feudal overlord supreme
Would most likely have seen
Democratic processes as poppycock
Gathered up his Roundtable
Put those disloyal subjects to the sword
When I see our shallow politicians
Mean in mind and unkind in heart
