An hour of tidy murder

** an hour of tidy murders **
These murders often sleep disturb
Images of blood and bullet pocked corpses
Howl of police sirens
The gaped last words of significance
The unravelling of evil aims
How their procedure yields the same
From a fly speck of evidence
Build an irrefutable case
No cries of sound deadener not blood
No misdirection or failed detection
Every guilty party is conclusive found
Arraigned and judged and no escape
While innocent are always freed
Allegations against them proven baseless
An hour including advertisements
Of tied up life in little bows
Where truth and justice win out
And no one about human rights does shout
The wrong doers get just desserts
And our heroes never desert justice.
