*storm watch*
Driving rain all around
Not a cloud in the sky
Gale force winds hold me back
No breeze disturbs tree leaves
All just metaphors
For thoughts in turmoil
Life has turned adverse
All plans stalled or in reverse
Must throw self on kindness of strangers
Even if they know it not
Rely on humanity's better Nature
To do what is right
Holding dreams and breath in tight
Try and ride out this storm in life.
